Colors:  Computer screens do not accurately display color and there are variations in the color of fabric with each lot that we receive.  We guarantee you will receive a beautiful product and will be completely satisfied, but we do not recommend matching EasyAwn fabrics to existing colors on your home.

Measuring and Planning: Awnings can only be mounted to a flat surface.  Please measure the location that your EasyAwn will be installed in and consider light fixtures, electrical wires, shutters and other obstructions when measuring for your awnings.  For doors or windows that open outward, ensure clearance for the awning with the door or window in the open position.

Stucco or brick surfaces: Shields, anchors or Tapcon's may be preferred depending upon the construction and are available at any hardware store.

Shipping to Continental US: Awnings are usually shipped from stock and deliver via UPS ground within 1-2 weeks.
Shipments to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other locations not serviced by domestic UPS Ground will be billed actual shipping cost up to $40 for each unit ordered.  If the shipping will exceed this amount, you will be requested to approve the shipping cost before your order will be completed. 

Sales Tax: Residents of Georgia will be charged their local state sales tax.

Guaranteed Satisfaction or Your Money Back:  We are committed to happy customers.  If you are not satisfied with your EasyAwn purchase just ship it back within 30 days and we will refund your money (less our actual cost to ship the product to you plus a $10 restocking fee) within 10 days of receiving the return.  Please include a note indicating why you are returning the awning.  Awnings can not be damaged or missing parts, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the awning to EasyAwn.  If your awning is defective just give us a call and we will promptly send out repair or replacement parts to correct the problem.
